Send us your product type, target market, order quantity, drawings or reference samples. We confirm your full written requirements within 24 business hours. NDA is available for technical document exchange.
Quotation & Design Proposal
You will receive detailed quotations with FOB / CIF / DDP options, together with 3D renderings, material specs, thickness, finish and packaging suggestions. We offer cost‑optimized solutions matching your target market.
Sampling & Prototyping
We produce physical prototypes within our own workshop. Product structure, surface finish and assembly will be internally checked before samples are dispatched to you.
Sample Review & Final Approval
Upon receiving prototype samples, you review material, workmanship and appearance. Adjustments can be requested at this stage. We commence mass production once we get your full written approval.
Mass Production & QC
Production commences upon your sample approval. We conduct inline inspections during stamping, polishing and assembly, followed by comprehensive final quality checks prior to packing.
Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales
Goods are packed following your custom packaging specifications and handed over to your forwarder. We supply full shipping documents and keep ongoing after‑sales support for your order.

What types of stainless steel kitchenware products do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of stainless‑steel cookware including cookware sets, stock pots, frying pans, woks, saucepans and steamers. Our products are designed for both commercial and high‑end residential kitchens, and we also support custom OEM & ODM orders.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM: you supply the design drawing or sample and we manufacture exactly to it.
ODM: you give us a target market price point and brief, and our 100+ R&D professionals develop the product, tooling and packaging, which you then brand as your own.
Which certifications can you support?
We have BSCI, ISO9001 quality management and ISO14001 environmental management certifications. Our regular 304‑grade stainless‑steel materials are qualified to pass FDA and LFGB food‑contact tests.
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 500 pcs per SKU / per design. Final MOQ is confirmed per item — it can vary with size, material and construction.
How long does sampling take?
Around 7 days if a matching sample is in stock. If it must be produced, timing follows the material procurement cycle for that item.
What are your production lead times?
Mass‑production lead‑time ranges from 35‑65 working days, depending on product types. Peak season runs slightly longer. We recommend discussing your timeline requirements with us to ensure timely delivery.
Can you customize logo, handle, lid and packaging?
Yes, all four on one order.

• Handle — bakelite, cast steel, silicone; riveted or welded construction
